PAINTING and HAIKU

'INNER CHILD'
(work in progress)

A CREATIVE HARBOR

Welcome to our blog where we view life through the eyes of an artist's soul and explore what creativity can do to enhance the inner spirit.

Today we are exploring artists and poets. You will see varied styles and subject matter. Enjoy these wonderful creative people as they paint and write on their blogs and then connect with others who are 'kindred spirits' who love creating.

The above painting is being shared with Paint Party Friday hosted by Eva and Kristin. It is an oil painting and much larger than I have been painting. It is a 'work in progress' and I hope to have it finished soon.

We are also linked today with
Haiku My Heart and below are my three haiku that I am contributing to the haiku group.

I.

dance, yes dear heart mine

dance with your joy in you now

no waiting til night.

II.

sun hiding today

playing hide and seek, come out

tomorrow, maybe.

III.

'raw' in 'Glosta' now

meaning cold and wintry day

nature of village.

So enjoy these excellent artists and writers by clicking on the highlighted links above.
