Paint Party Friday and Haiku My Heart

Asian style brush painting with my 'chop' from China

Welcome to our blog where we view life from the eyes of an artist's soul and explore how creativity enhances the inner spirit.

(Magical Monday Meme ~ blog hop here every Monday for all creatives, whatever you create.)

Fantastic! It's Friday and that means exploring artists' creations and poetic creations, haiku in particular. When I am centered and focused, both my art and haiku seem to flow quite naturally. There is also a divine feeling of being one with the universe. Creativity is my 'high'.

We are linked today to Paint Party Friday with absolutely wonderful, daring and darling artists. We are also linked to Haiku My Heart with wonderful kindred spirits with very loving poetic personalities. Both these blogs definitely enhance my inner spirit.

Above is my Asian style brush painting for Paint Party Friday, with my 'chop' from China (need to get better ink pad) but wanted to 'give it a whirl, had not used it in awhile) Below is my haiku for Rebecca's Haiku My Heart.

haiku

nano second time
minutes, hours, speeding through space
life's journey, one step.

one step at a time
heed the sages wisdom ripe
an apple ready.

ready or not here comes
morning dawning new day best
  on time, life today.

Enjoy.

Sending hugs to your spirit and do enjoy the artists and poets. Wishing you a lovely and magical weekend.

Hugs and namaste,

QUOTE FOR THE DAY: 'It seems to me that when I see nature I see it ready made, completely written ~ but then try to do it.'
