Sweet Saturdays and Haiku Heights

Sweet Little Red Haired Girl

Note: Blog Hop every Monday ~ Magical Monday Meme

Welcome to our blog where we view life from the eyes of an artist's soul and explore how creativity enhances the inner spirit.

Today is Saturday and a day that should be sweet, fun and joyful filling the soul with love. Spend time today in doing something that is playful for you, something that you alone enjoy. What might that be for you?

Today we are exploring two creative blogs, Sweet Saturdays and Haiku Heights. One blog has lots of photos of 'sweet people and sweet things. The other blog, of course, is filled with one of the things I love and enjoy and that is haiku.  My haiku follows below the sweet photo of an Hawaiian Bear.

haiku

I.

time an illusion
nano seconds, minutes, hours
gift of our visions.

II.

waiting patiently
now time how slowly passes
living hour fleets by.

III.

hours well spent a dream
time wasted, is it ever
 all is meant to be.

Hugs and namaste,

and

We love to have you post your comments, thoughts or questions to delight us all in the day ~ especially ArtMuse Dog ^_^

Join us on Monday for our blog hop, Magical Monday Meme for all 'creatives'. Look forward to seeing you there.

  1. What a sweet bear and haiku! :) You had asked over at my blog if I could recommend a user friendly photo editing program. The only one I'm familiar with is Photoshop Elements...it's very easy once you learn the basics; however, I did take a couple of online courses in order to do that. Once I did, I felt very comfortable...I highly recommend Kim Klassen if you are interested in online Photoshop Elements classes. She offers a free PSE intro course called the "Skinny Mini"- more info can be found at her site: http://www.kimklassencafe.com/elements-skinny-mini-ecourse/. I hope this helps! Have a lovely weekend~~ :)

  4. Time so seldom cooperates or does what we expect it to. Too fast, too slow, just the opposite of what we'd like it to be,

  9. Dear Carol,

I have a special place in my heart for little red-haired girls. Having one myself (now all grown up) I know how truly special they are.
