Poets and Photographers

Evening Sail

Wednesday post and that means more poets and photographers. See the beauty captured in Japanese haiku and photos from around the world.

Beauty is everywhere. It is in our home, our yards, our children, our animals and on and on. All of this may seem like small miracles; yet, these little miracles can become big miracles. Merriam-Webster defines 'miracle' as 'unusual event or accomplishment.' All part of the extraordinary in the ordinary. What 'little miracles are you seeing in your life today?

haiku

life temporary

a sojourn given at birth
in a moment, gone.
-o-

some live ninety years
others less or more, fate,choice?
wondrous, living well.
-o-

am sojourning here
on planet earth, what selections
will I choose today.
