The 'old' Birdseye Build and the Greasy Pole on Cape Ann MA ~ Pavilion Beach for:

OUR WORLD TUESDAY LINK

The old Birdseye Building was historically home to Gortons and the famed 'Fisherman of Gloucester'. The Greasy Pole is an event during St Peter's Fiesta where usually males walk the greasy pole to capture the flag at the end of it.

Cape Ann MA is still struggling with winter. Yet, yesterday photographed some crocuses coming up through the ice and snow. There will be photos this week. Come back now y'all.

Wishing you the best in the day.

We love your posted comments and our online friends.

  5. A pretty shoreline, quite the contrast with the industrial building. We've got lots of winter left where I live - we usually see snow into May.
