  6. Hello greetings and good wishes.

Lovely photo. Each photo tells a story.

Your quote is really true. If we are quiet we will hear more and understand more. I remember the saying AN EMPTY VESSEL MAKES THE MOST NOISE. When we understand more we judge better, talk wisely and act with precision.

Most of the time we interrupt people when they are talking and fail to understand what they are trying to convey. This leads to friction and misunderstanding and needless animosity.

I agree peace is within but disquiet is also within. It all depends on what we focus our thoughts. If we think of all the blessings we have and have a grateful heart, if we think of the many things we have achieved in life, if we think of all the happy moments we had, if we think of the innumerable times we overcame difficult situations, then we will surely be filled with peace, calm and quiet and needless to say happiness.

    Best wishes

  28. These are nice pictures, Carol. I am glad that you saved Art, the best, for the last. She is very alert, a cute doggie.
The picture of the yardstick so close to the tyke's eye made me wince. I poked a stick like that into my eye several years ago. After the bandages came off and my sight began to straighten out I discovered that I no longer needed to wear glasses. It was the eye that needed the most correction.
