  49. 'You can't stay in your corner of the forrest waiting for others to come to you. You have to go to them sometimes.'
    ~ A.A. Milne

This is quote worth remembering and practicing. If we want friends we have to take the initiative, we have to make the effort and we should reach out instead of waiting for others to come to us. If we wait for others to come to us we will be waiting endlessly in seclusion, in loneliness, in isolation and these are all situations we should avoid as human beings. We are social animals and we want company, we friends to care and share. Many people lead a desperate. despondent life because of their inability to reach out to others.

The same quote also applies to success in life and in career. A good leader is a good team player and he puts himself out to help others in times of need and in this way it is easy to achieve the goals of the organisation. If the leader is a recluse and demands things from co workers, it is quite likely others will not co operate. As a result we see many managers fail in their jobs.

The photo accompanying the haiku is excellent. The sun dazzled my eyes looking at the photo and I can imagine how dazzling it would been to your naked eyes.

Lovely photos. I enjoyed the photos and the interesting write ups.

    Best wishes
