SUNDAY SKETCHES and POST CARDS from PARADISE

Baaaa!

A CREATIVE HARBOR

SUNDAY SKETCHES and

POST CARDS FROM EDEN

Welcome to our blog where we see life through the eyes of an artist's soul and explore what creativity can do to enhance the inner spirit.

Today we are linked with Sophie's Sunday Sketches and Rebecca's Post Cards from Paradise. (click on the links to go there.) The above photo is of one of my most recent Asian sketches from my sketchbook. Below is a photograph of tulips that I recently bought to delight myself and so I share my 'delight' with you.

Enjoy visiting the wonderful artists and writers today linked with our blog. Wishing you  a 'wonder filled' week. Come back now, y'all. We love to have you come and visit.

Hugs and namaste,

We love to have you post your comments, thoughts or questions to delight us all in the day, especially, ArtMuse Dog.

QUOTE FOR THE DAY: ' It is the soul's duty to be loyal to its own desires. It must abandon itself to its master passion.'

  7. Hi Carol. I like that you were able to show the sheep's shape without doing an outline, which I know I instinctively would have done. Perhaps I should practice some Asian-style line sketching too.

  17. I love the sketch and the tulips are just beautiful... they just scream spring I am sure, whereas here they are winter flowers because we are too hot for them... they usually have to be flown in from down south, so when I see them I get so excited, they are very exotic here so are very special occasion... can't wait to see what your next sketch is... happy weekend...xx
