Sunday Sketches and Post Cards from Paradise

'Haiga' ~ haiku with painting

Welcome to our blog where we view life from the eyes of an artist's soul and explore how creativity enhances the inner spirit.

NOTE: Blog Hop here every Monday ~ Magical Monday Meme ~ waiting for  you 'creatives'.

Today, we are exploring artist's sketches of various mediums and photography of wonderful places. This is Sunday's post  which  means Sunday Sketches and Post Cards from Paradise. (click on the pink link to go there.) My sketch above is termed a 'haiga' when a haiku and painting are created together. My photo below for Post Cards from Paradise was photographed at the top of my driveway. It is of a climbing clematis that thrills me every time I see it. To me it is recognizing the 'sacred in the ordinary' and seeing paradise right before my eyes. What a treasure! Did you find a treasure today?

Do enjoy the two very creative blogs and the artists and photographers today. Also wishing you a wonderful Sunday and a glorious magical week filled with all that brings happiness.

Hugs and namaste,
