Sweet Saturdays and Haiku Heights

Jazz Concert Tickets I won! (from local big time blog Good Morning Gloucester)

Welcome to our blog where we view life from the eyes of an artist's soul and explore what creativity can do to enhance the inner spirit.

Blog Hop here every Monday, Magical Monday Meme  ~ waiting for you.

I won! I won! I won! ~ Tickets to a jazz concert and I love jazz! How sweet is that? The photo above is for Sweet Saturdays hosted by Diana Evans which is one of the creative blogs we are exploring today. Also, we are exploring a haiku blog, Haiku Heights and my haiku are below and the word prompt ~ 'pine'.

haiku

I.

best are white birch trees
yet pine trees are ever green
outlasting us all.

II.

schussing down the trails
alpine snow skiing  winter
skiers pray for snow.

III.

do not pine for loss
spirits live through ancestry
press on into day.

Enjoy the sweet photos and wonderful haiku. Have a magical and fun weekend.

Hugs and namaste,
