|Post Card for You ^_^|
Welcome to our blog where I view life from the eyes of an artist soul and my Assistant, ArtMuse Dog and I explore how creativity enhances the inner Spirit.
Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday, must be wordless and poetic. We are exploring:
MY FAVORITE PHOTO
(word prompt for haiku was 'post card')
postcard arrived camp
wishing you were here by lake
birds sending messages.
send me a postcard
missing you, thinking of you
so far from my touch.
silence, no postcard, letter
forgotten by all.
Keeping it simple and silent to hear my 'inner spirit's voice'.
Hugs and namaste,
We love to have you post your comments, thoughts or questions to delight us all in the day ~ especially, ArtMuse Dog ^_^

QUOTE FOR THE DAY: 'Perfectionism is self-abuse of the highest order.' (Anne Wilson Shaef)
Such a clean crisp picture...like a warm sunny summer's day!ReplyDelete
OH, no mail? :(ReplyDelete
With what's happening with me, that quote is hilarious!
Have a super day tomorrow. :)
I'd love to get a postcard like that.ReplyDelete
sweet words! the last was sad, we all need communication!ReplyDelete
I am hearting your art, but your little furry friend has gotten me all mushy in my heart! My family raised yorkies for over 20 years, until our last one passed away and we were so crushed. They are the best.ReplyDelete
We have a Yorkie too named Beau. He's about twelve years old and still looks like a puppy, although he is getting a bit grouchy.ReplyDelete
A postcard does wonders on emotional gaps.ReplyDelete
Lovely haiku on postcards.ReplyDelete
Lovely haiku Carol. Brings back memories of when my daughter was at summer camp, and I would rush to the mailbox every day to look for a postcard from her.ReplyDelete
you sure can take fantastic photos, Carol.....enjoyed your set, and was so happy you got your mail in the first....maybe those others are writing theirs now....ReplyDelete
Nice set of haiku!:)ReplyDelete
Very nice haiku. Each had a different feel!ReplyDelete
What a lovely picture! Great haiku. :)ReplyDelete
Sometimes just a postcard means the world. Beautiful haikus!ReplyDelete
Postcards from camp are always staightforward and say so much!ReplyDelete
This is lovely Carol! xoxoReplyDelete
That's a great postcard, and I love your haikus. I have two kids working at camp this summer. A postcard would be awesome.ReplyDelete
A postcard is the opportunity to capture the essence of the moment and the feelings! Lovely!ReplyDelete
I ditto what Gemma said. Great capture.ReplyDelete
Now see what you have done, Carol... I am now hopping along with Sensational Kaiku Wednesday, too!ReplyDelete
