|4th Celebration on Cape Ann MA|
Welcome to our blog where I view life from the eyes of an artist's soul and with my assistant, ArtMuse Dog we explore how creativity enhances the inner spirit.
Besides fireworks (which ArtMuse Dog does not like at all) we enjoyed company of good friends and family. Wonder what you did to celebrate the USA holiday?
For Thursday we are sharing with two wonderful blogs filled with creative photographers. They are:
Rural Journal Thursday
Two Bears Farm
This and That Thursday
Am having a little trouble typing as my assistant is snuggled up against me as there are some residual (illegal) fireworks still be shot off this evening. Had a wonderful 4th but am ready for it to be over. How are you doing?
Wishing you a peaceful and creative Thursday.
Hugs and namaste,
We love to have you post your comments, thoughts or questions to delight us all in the day ~ especially, ArtMuse Dog ^_^
There is a blog hop going on all week here at A Creative Harbor, Magical Monday Meme for all creative people and all creative mediums. Hope you will join us.
QUOTE FOR THE DAY: 'Life is like photography; you use the negatives to develop.' (Anonymous)
Beautiful! Sounds like you had a nice day...sans the fireworks. You pal is so cute!ReplyDelete
They haven't even started here and won't for maybe another hour, but I can hear people lighting firecrackers in the parking lot already. Karma's sleeping.ReplyDelete
I love that quote!!! Just love it! :):)
I loved the quote ... we indeed need the negatives to become positive :-)ReplyDelete
Beautiful it looks like you had a great time. BReplyDelete
Pretty pics - you must've had a nice 4th!ReplyDelete
I'm kinda glad it's over alsoReplyDelete
my tough guy Siren hates foreworks and we have some residual lovers living behind us
he hides behind the sofa and then sits on my arm which does indeed make typing difficult
You have a sweet little muse..happier, away from those fireworks. I have had dogs, we noticed the same.ReplyDelete
I always love a good fireworks display.ReplyDelete
Mojo doesn't like fireworks, either. The Ogre and I both had to work so I didn't get to see any other than beautiful photographs like yours!ReplyDelete
Art Update: Daffodil Drawing
I like you fireworks photos. We didn't see live ones - but heard plenty!ReplyDelete
i love the quote here today. happy 5th.ReplyDelete
Lovely fireworks photos! And I have to say, Art Muse Dog is precious. :)ReplyDelete
So pretty! I was up in Boston celebrating!ReplyDelete
It didn't even dawn on me to take pictures of the fireworks last night? I guess I doubted my skill (of lack thereof) and that's why. You did an awesome job!ReplyDelete
I'm happy to see your fireworks as we didn't go out yesterday.ReplyDelete
Thank you for sharing at Rural Thursdays this week. xo
You got some great pics of the display....looks like you had a wonderful vantage point!ReplyDelete
Hmmm ~ might you know where that vantage point is? LOL ~ Enjoy the weekend ^_^ (A Creative Harbor)Delete
Great photos and I love that quote of the day! It's so true!ReplyDelete
I could hear the local fireworks but not see them. After five days without power and AC I just wanted to stay in and be cool. :)ReplyDelete
Beautiful shots of the fireworks!ReplyDelete
Gorgeous captures of the fireworks. Lovely images.ReplyDelete
