Post Cards from Paradise

It is very hot in MA and we are just not used to this awful humidity. ArtMuse Dog and I have been lazy 'critters' today.
Did a bit of art, laundry and in the process of teaching myself Mah Jong solitaire on my iPad. What fun! Finally, gave in and put the A/C on; but I so love the fresh air when there IS air! Plus, one of my favorite summer 'Paradise' things to do is sit on the deck overlooking the harbor and chill out reading a good book.
Ah, this too shall pass. Grateful for it all.

Hugs and namaste,

and

Wishing you a loving and happy Sunday.

  3. Hot here, too! Too hot to sit on the porch and read. Nice photo and sketches. I like Mah Jong, too, once I figured out how it worked. My dad told me he played it and loved it so I had to see what it was. ;)

  10. Living in Indiana, we are used to heat and humidity.
We had several runs of low humidity this year,
    and everyone loves it!
You found some perfect solutions to the energy-sapping humidity.

  25. So sorry to be getting here so late but we finally had some sun so we made the most of it while it lasted.... love your rough sketch of the flowers... we actually spent time yesterday planting some boxes and baskets out... our only chance of having some colourful annuals is to plant in winter before it starts to get too humid again... wish they would hurry up and grow and look as lush as the ones in your sketch!!!!
