Chronic pain is debilitating and grey, rainy weather ~ Yuk! Good news is we had an incredible rainbow after the rain last night. It was so beautiful over the ocean that I almost cried tears of joy. Nature is such a gift and full of surprises ~ not always great ones like rainbows, a gift, never the less.
