X for eXtraordinary to me to see people drinking outside the pub in London, England. In the States one would never see this unless the pub had outdoor seating. Sharing with ABC Wednesday link |

A courtyard in the private club we stayed at in London, England London has wonderful fences and many are wrought iron ~ Wonderful visit but one surely needs at least a month to really tour the place properly. Sharing with Good Fences link |

ReplyDeleteYour Asian inspired drawings are very special!
Hav a lovely week, both of you!
It looks like a very interesting trip but your seaside photos from close to home are the best to me! Also the little dog is really great!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful post as always Carol. I'm glad you had a good trip. We too noticed back when we visited London that liquor regulations there are a bit more relaxed.
ReplyDeleteJudging from you've shown us, you had a WONDERFUL trip "across the pond"...and I agree, there is no place like home especially when sharing that home with a fur person!...:)JP
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful are those sketches.
ReplyDeleteWorth a Thousand Words
Some nice shots from the city of my birth - it sounds like you had a great time. But I love your sea shots the most!
ReplyDeleteOh I bet you and Zoe missed each other tremendously-but happy reunion! Not a fan of most big cities but I loved London!! Beautiful etegami and sketches along with the haiku. Welcome home!
ReplyDeleteWonderful set of images.
ReplyDeleteI love London! Nice shots.
ReplyDeleteIt's always great to come home. I love the wire lions. Enjoy your week!

It sounds like you had a wonderful trip to London! It is such a busy and vibrant city and so big too. It is always nice to get home again though. Have a good week and Happy Summer to you!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos from England! I love the lions made with wires. Very impressive!
ReplyDeleteThe best part of travel is to come home for sure, especially when our fur babies are waiting :-)
Glad you are home safe. Looks like a wonderful trip. :)
ReplyDeleteI especially liked the Saturday Critters image.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, there's no place like home.
Lovely entry.... and indeed one does not see that here in The Netherlands to often ... although I don't judge it to be wrong nor right
ReplyDeleteI do dislike people who drink alcohol to much though
Have a nice abcwednes-day / – week

I love your way of saying about the little cute:" my little 'fur person"! As always a very lovely post with incredible aspects captured and special sketches... and indeed, you're right that is good to be back home from travels! Many thanks for sharing all of these with us! Greetings and a good week to you!
ReplyDeleteLovely photographs and your little fur person is adorable. I think the reason why people stand out side of pubs and bars is because they are smoking cigarettes which isn't allowed on the premises.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes,
Di,
ABCW team.

ReplyDeleteWelcome home. There is no place like it, especially by the sea. If you visit FL, come to Ybor City outside of Tampa. You will see this sight outside pubs with no tables. I bet Ms. A.M. Dog was delighted to see you.
ReplyDeleteHi Carol! Wow it has been a long time since I have visited and seen your wonderful photos and art, and of course Artmuse Dog! He is such a cutie. What wonderful photos of London and the lions made from wire were just stunning. It looks like you had a fantastic time! Your paintings are so pretty, I like that style and have never heard of it.
