Loneliness is the poverty of the self,
solitude is the richness of the self.'

A pretty view. Hopefully the hot temperatures will now stay away from you for a little while.
ReplyDeleteThat really is a pretty place. I think we were meant to live near the water, we just haven't moved yet. Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

ReplyDeleteIsn't it strange how we long for the warm days of summer... and then peg out when they come?! Trouble is the extremes. No time to acclimitise. Enjoy your cooler breezes now! YAM xx
Carol - along the way I forgot about your blog and now I've found it again. I always loved your photos.
ReplyDeleteI see why it's crowded in the summer, what a beautiful place! I'm glad it will be cooling down for you soon - for us, it'll be a while yet before we see 60 degrees.

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful capture. You live in such a beautiful area! We're really glad things have cooled off here in Connecticut, too. Saturday and Sunday were pretty brutal. Today, however, was just about perfect, weather-wise. :)
to me any place by the sea is a beautiful place. And I guess summer crowds always go with the territory. Glad you and Zoe were able to get some special walk days in between:)
