A ShutterBug Explores ~ Saturday Critters

'Ultimately to succeed sometimes one must cultivate an attitude of gratitude,
of giving and forgiving. No other can bring you peace but yourself.'

~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Ducks on Cape Ann MA ~ they thought I had food.

Even they seem to be effected my the Covid ~ The man who owned the property would always feed them ~ Then he died and property was sold and new owners fed them and turned yard into a nature habitat ~
It since has been sold again I think so am not sure what is happening. The ducks, geese will survive and do well, I am sure.
I am such a lover of all critters so I am hoping for the best.

We are sharing with: Eileen's Saturday Critters.

I love your comments. Thank You.

  5. We hope the new owners are not as destructive as the new owners of Mr Bills, next door to us. THanks for visiting and your kind words about our car accident. Mom is not looking forward to all the travel today, but she is thankful Cinnamon and her were OK.

  6. This is why it can be a not so good thing to feed the critters and make them dependent on us. Years ago i read a story about the animals at a university that got so used to some professors feeding them that they practically starved during semester breaks, and the wildlife experts were telling the professors to only feed them twice a week so they would have to relearn to find their own food.

My hope is the newest owners will be good to the wildlife, tending them but not making them dependent.
