A reminder from Cape Ann MA to keep laughing.
Recently ~ found a book entitled Laughter Yoga ~ author is Madan Kataria, M.D. written about the history and benefits of laughter medically and combined with Yoga. Angel and I have embarked on a journey to take life more lightly with laughter. Start with a basic mantra of Ha, Ha, Ha and Ho, Ho. It is a reminder for you to laugh at least 15 -30 minutes a day. You can do this mantra with or without the Yoga. ~ Also watch funny movies, hang out with people who laugh, read comic strips ~ whatever you find brings laughter to your heart. If you have other suggestions let us know. Thanks.
How often do you laugh in your day? |

ReplyDeleteThose words are so true! We're just off for an early morning walk, that always puts a smile on our faces, especially when the sun is shining on the nearby little lakes.
ReplyDeleteThought I left a comment earlier...I love this quote and your sweet girl with her kitty is so charming!
