A ShutterBug Explores ~ Wordless Wednesday and My World

'I could never stay long enough on the shore; the tang of the untainted, fresh and free sea air was like a cool, quieting thought, and the shells and pebbles and the seaweed with tiny living creatures attached to it never lost their fascination for me.'

~ Helen Keller

End of 'boating season' for the most part on Cape Ann MA.

It is November and the chill is in the air ~ some hardy boaters still going out working or may be for pleasure.

We are sharing with:

I love your supportive comments. Thank you.

  1. That's beautiful and looks quiet and pleasant evening. Cold weather could be harsh near water! Have a nice day, Carol

  2. Nice sunset to mark the end of the boating season. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

  3. Beautiful shot and we both know boat cold. To the bone cold.

Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday, Carol. Love and hugs to you and Ziggy. ♥

  4. What a beautiful quote from Helen Keller. And as always that photo of your harbor is frame worthy
    Hugs to you and Ziggy

  5. Thoughtful photo, it reminds me of the lull before dinner and the evening news. Also known as my favorite time to relax.
    Happy Thanksgiving!

  6. I understand, they want to get in one or two last voyages before they have to wait until spring, i think i'd want to do that, too.

  7. That's a perfect shot to show the end of the boating season. <3 I wish you a winter that's not too harsh. Take care, Carol. :)

  8. Mesmerizing to see boats against sunset...
