I was so happy as a child.' (Antoine DeSaint Exupery) |
Love your penguins and poetry!
ReplyDeleteFor some reason I am reading meaning into your haiku today. I sense that you take it all as it comes, no matter what it is, and meet it head on. Your ready for Spring. Someone has you a bit miffed and you love your cat.
ReplyDeleteHow'd I do? So, I should keep my day job and not start that tarot practice I was thinking about?
I like the flow of your haiku and the signs of crocus' reminding us it's March!
Peace

Love your penguins. They are delightful.
ReplyDeleteAnd I especially enjoy your middle haiku. So many of us are afraid to shine their light. We need to be like the little crocus.
Cheers!

For some reason, I could not leave a comment last time you posted, but I am glad I can today. Love your penguins and your three stanzas of haiku. Do they call them stanzas in that genre? Hope your dog is well and helping you to keep your creative juices flowing.

Loved reading this haiku set. Great verses. Wonderfully crafted.
ReplyDeleteI love your penguin family, the adults so protective of their young. And the way the young are snuggled reminds me of how you would snuggle with your "fur" friend. Lovely haiku.
