Paint Party Friday and Haiku My Heart

'Tree Full of Angels

Welcome to our blog where I view life through the eyes of an artist soul and with my 'assistant', ArtMuse Dog we explore how creativity enhances the inner spirit.

(Please keep Gemma in your heart, thoughts and prayers.
She is one of the haiku poets on Haiku My Heart)

Today, Friday, is one of our favorite post days because we connect with artists and poets that we have known for awhile and they are all filled with the creative spirit of the divine. We are sharing today with:

Paint Party Friday

Haiku My Heart

The blog links are highlighted for you to click on and go there and fill your spirit within with divine creative energy from the artists and poets. My recent painting is done in an Asian brush style. It is the above photo and is entitled 'A Tree Full of Angels'. I am not quite sure it is complete but wanted to post it to share. My haiku is below for Haiku My Heart:

haiku

blue, blue waters
summer playtime, arts, crafts, boats
serenity spirit.
-o-

heat, humidity
season brings gentle rain drops
thunder lightening.
-o-

nature balances
look to mother season guides
way to live each day.

Wishing you a happy, loving weekend.

Hugs and namaste,

  16. I saw a Japanese style before I saw the red square that usually signifies that for me on a painting. I saw the "little girls" in the tree before I learned they were angels. I like the dark outline that brings this all to life.
Your poems are music to my ears and eyes today.
HPPF!!! And thanks for your thoughtful comments on my blog too! ;-)

  25. "season guides way to live each day"

I just spent two weeks in a two quite warm cities in Mexico, with no air conditioning. When I came back to the U.S., I nearly froze to death in the airport. You get used to what the season provides!
