Ominous Sky at Half Moon Beach

On Cape Ann MA, we live in a beautiful place with the ocean surrounding us. This is one tiny beach of several beaches located here. I do feel my 'blessing bowl' is filled each day with marvelous changing sky and ocean.

Today our haiku prompt was aurora borealis.

haiku
breathtaking in sky
aurora borealis
always in northern.
-o-

perhaps in my head
northern hemisphere of brain
shines bright light, mindful
-o-

streams of light pouring
aurora borealis
dancing round my brain.
