ReplyDeleteI would never have thought I'd like the BW version of the Harbor as much as I do! So interesting to compare the two.
ReplyDeleteThere is mystery in threes - me, myself and I :)
ReplyDeleteHi,Carol. Nice captures. I like your first photo very much. Humility is very important character for Japanese people. I also like your angel's photo and the Haiku very much. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWonderful post Carol ... what a joy to watch all those great photos and to read your haiku.
ReplyDeleteVery Nice. I love the little angel, and the haiku was very good.
ReplyDeleteLooks still very cold at your place ! Love the picture of the queenly dog, lol
ReplyDeleteIn black and white, I pick up the tree silhouettes (which you know I love!), the light on the water and the ruggedness of the rocks near the sea. In color, the sky is, in fact, the star! Love that you shared in both. Also...I see a day trip to cape Ann to visit and, perhaps, to meet you (!!) in my future!!
ReplyDeleteNice mood in the b & w.
ReplyDeleteLovely sceneray, love the dog :-) regards, Ritva
ReplyDeleteI look forward to your post thank you
ReplyDeleteQueenly indeed! She's so cute...
ReplyDeleteWow - I'm amazed by that blue water in your first shot! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteNo one has ever accused me of being a dog person---crazy bunny lady, yes---but not a dog person. But when I scrolled that Queenly canine into view my heart actually skipped a beat. Adorable!
ReplyDeleteHi Carol, Nice selections this week♪ Hope your winter is letting up! http://lauriekazmierczak.com/familiar-winter-sighting/
ReplyDeleteCute photo of your dog in his coat!
ReplyDeleteLovely pup! Love the angel too, have a thing for them.
ReplyDeleteLove your shots! And the quote... I really need to remember that!
ReplyDeleteTerriers are so cute in little sweaters. My neighbor use to walk her little Terrier named Dolly in the winter wearing a pink sweater. She looked so adorable! She was also a silly dog, as she would always bark at the big dogs that walked by who made her little attention or without so much as a mere glance. I love all of your photos, as always. Cape Ann is a beautiful harbor community. If we ever get back up that way, then we may have to veer off course to see your neck of the woods. ;)
ReplyDeleteLove the pic of ArtMuse Dog -- the browns and greys along the beach match her perfectly!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos, Carol!
ReplyDeleteYour *Q*ueenly Yorkie is so photogenic! Gorgeous - could have been on one of "my" runways herself!
ReplyDeleteI really like seeing the photo in b& w and color. In the b&w version I love the sky and the trees! The contrasts in that composition are so striking.
ReplyDeleteLovely sky on the last shot
ReplyDeleteBeautiful sky.
