A ShutterBug Explores ~ Saturday Critters

'Don't worry, be happy.'

~ Bobby McFerrin

'Make way for ducklings' on Cape Ann MA.

They are frequently on this road that I take to the grocery store. Today, though ~ they were on both sides of the road ~ I always worry that they are going to get hit by a car ~ Can I control that ~ no ~ can only control myself and my driving and hope that they will survive ~ They are awesome ~ Property has been sold and not sure they are getting fed but guess they know how to take care of themselves.

We are sharing with: Eileen's Saturday Critters.

I love your comments. Thank You.

  1. Hello,

You are kind to stop for the ducks and geese. They did pick a dangerous place to cross or hang out. I hope they stay safe. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a happy weekend!

  4. We always worry about our geese standing in the road too and it's sad when they don't make it.

  7. There are many Canada geese here too. This is a constant problem on one of our major streets that runs right beside a small lake.

  8. That is a lot of geese!
A good size flock near a busy route not far from here, I believe, was relocated. I hope the same can be done there.
