A ShutterBug Explores ~ SkyWatch Friday

'Music is what feelings sound like.'

~ George Cates

Sky and ocean on Cape Ann MA.

Angel and I  took a walk later in the day on Mothers's Day
and the surf near the infamous 'Norman's Woe'
was at its wildest along with the wind ~ It
felt like Winter instead of May.

We are sharing with:

Yogi's SkyWatch Friday.

  1. It's been a relatively cool spring in my world, too, although it changes day to day. The idea of emotions being like musical notes is a nice thought. A melody is wordless yet powerful.

  2. That is quite a surf, in Florida it would probably be a red flag from what i can see.

  3. Looking at those whitecaps - yes, it must have been uncomfortable. I hope it warmed up for you later in the week. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

  4. You know about that same time the weather was pretty cold here in Oklahoma as well. It is now warming up nicely. Maybe warming up too much!!

  5. I googled Norman's Woe having never heard of it. Interesting history!

  6. Sea does look rough at Norman's Woe and brrrr. A crisper Spring than one desires but soon you will be wishing for the cooler weather to break up the heavy summer HOT air. Photograph is lovely.
